    In Figure 14.26, there are two intrusions that have been numerically dated using K-Ar techniques:

    • Intrusion A (dike) has a K-Ar ratio of 87.5% : 12.5%.
    • Intrusion B (granite) has a K-Ar ratio of 75% : 25%.
